Container Farm
Product Overview
Container farm is an intelligent production mode that uses container structure, integrates computer and intelligent sensing system to automatically control environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, light, CO2 concentration and nutrient solution required for plant growth, so that plant growth and development are not restricted by natural conditions. The container farm adopts hydroponic or aeroponic cultivation method, which can avoid the pollution of pesticides and herbicides on food and provide green organic fruit and vegetable products. Container farm is suitable for planting fruits and vegetables in harsh environments such as cities, plateaus, islands and polar regions
Performance Characteristics
Control System: Environment control system adopts PID vaguer control algorithm with smart networks. LCD touchscreen can display internal temperature, humidity, PPFD etc. in real-time, easy operating, password protection with multiple authorisation levels.
Envelope Structure: Assembled structure by insolation board.
Temperature control: the centralized control system can realize precise temperature control by providing stable heat and cold sources.
Air Distribution: Wind wall air conditioning, using certain special interlayers as air circulation channels, silent variable frequency fans in the cultivation rack area could increase airflow disturbance and achieve better uniformity.
Light cultivation mode: Adopting professional LED plant lighting module, which can provide dedicated light recipes according to different cultivation materials. The main body of the cultivation rack adopts an aluminum profile structure, which is sturdy and has strong load-bearing capacity.
Fertigation System: Precision Automated Fertigation System with cloud connectivity, areoponic cultivation optional.
